The Klingbeil American Medical Fund (KAMF) is a private equity real estate investment fund established in 2008. KAMF seeks to deliver competitive risk adjusted returns to its investors through acquiring, repositioning and selling a portfolio of value-add medical office buildings. The Fund's acquisition efforts are focused primarily on assets located in California and the Western United States. While these markets are the funds primary area of focus the fund is opportunistic in nature and has the capability to acquire medical office buildings and healthcare properties across the United States.
